Delivery across Ukraine takes place within 1-3 days and is paid by the buyer at the rates of the consignee.
Delivery in Lviv by the Uklon-delivery serviceDelivery takes place at the time discussed with the manager. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods. It is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
International deliveryThe cost of international shipping is automatically calculated when selecting the country during the data entry stage of placing an order and is paid along with the item on the website.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do not take responsibility for delays due to customs.
Your order is shipped subject to product availability and after order confirmation. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification in Viber, Telegram or email.
Payment is made by VISA / MasterCard cards through the Liqpay electronic payment system.
Current account (Iban)After confirming the order, you receive on e-mail letter with details for payment
PayPal (p2p)Instant money transfer from card to Visa/Mastercard card.
The return takes place under the following conditions:
- up to 14 days from the moment of purchase (according to the legislation of Ukraine)
- on the condition that the goods are not used
- if there is a tag and type of product

Order pickup is available from our showroom in Lviv at the following address: 8 Ivana Bohuna Street.
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Paid orders can be collected from the showroom at any convenient time during store hours.
Unpaid orders can be picked up within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
Gift certificate for production Lady Di atelier
The certificate allows the purchase of any merchandise within the chosen amount.
Terms of Use for the Certificate:
1. The gift certificate is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
2. The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
3. In case of purchasing items exceeding the certificate's value, the price difference must be covered by the customer.
4. If the purchased items amount to less than the certificate's value, the remaining balance of the certificate will be forfeited.
